For Dan Wright's next date on the Legacy Of The Dragonkin tour with Page Turner Book Tours he stops by with Mathew Bridle on both The One Saga and Horsham Writers Circle for two interviews.
Here is an excerpt from the interview for The One Saga..
"Mathew: Hello. Please tell us something about yourself, where you’re based, and how you came to be a writer.
Dan: Hello Mathew. My name is Dan Wright, I live in Canterbury, UK (have been for most of my life). I work a part time job to pay the bills and write, read and watch films and TV in my spare time. When I was in school, I wrote my own comic called “The Abbey School Avenger” and originally I wanted to write my own comics – but seeing how much I suck at art, I decided to go into writing books."

"What inspired you to begin writing?
Mainly because I grew up reading a lot of Fantasy novels – Lord of the Rings, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, lots of Roald Dahl novels and the like. I also used to play a lot of tabletop wargames and sometimes created my own stories based around that. But I wanted to create my own world and characters and write my own stories."
